Eastern Point Yacht Club is located at the southeastern point of Cape Ann nestled at the very end of Eastern Point of Gloucester, Massachusetts.  With its heart stopping ocean view of day fishing boat traffic from the harbor is something you will never tire from. Our Charming Club house, originally owned by the Clay family, overlooks Lighthouse Cove and Dog Bar Breakwater is one of the original eleven cottages built on Eastern Point in 1888. By the smell and the crackle of the fireplace and a warm welcome when entering the clubhouse you may even feel at home immediately.
Our Non-smoking facility offers 4 guest rooms and a cottage to our members, guests of members and mooring guests.  All four rooms overlook the Atlantic. Rooms #3 and #4 have their own private bathrooms. We have full service bathrooms and hot showers in the lower level for all guests to use.  The cottage is your own piece of paradise with a charming living room, kitchenette and two bedrooms, sleeping four people comfortably.
