Dining
Flexibility and variety are the keys to the EPYC dining experience. Chef Joey Gracyalny, in his second season, is planning on weekly changes to the Dining Room menu. We encourage you to try the many new menu selections throughout the season. A new addition this season, we are offering the pub Galley Menu, for a quick bite to eat after boating or appetizers and cocktails with friends before dinner. We hope to see you all at the club starting Friday May 1st.
The Food and Beverage Committee, led by Kathi Turner, and Social Committee led by Pam Saylor, have been working during the off season with Chef Joey and Neil Denehy, GM, to deliver an exciting 2010 season.
